Aegona Leader Trip 2026: A 5-Day, 4-Night Journey of Discovery and Team Connection in Thailand

On October 7, Aegona’s leaders stepped away from their usual work routines and set off on a five-day, four-night trip to Thailand. This time, instead of connecting through meetings and work discussions, everyone had more time to explore a new destination, try local dishes, and create fun memories to share long after the trip.

From the lively streets of Bangkok to the beaches and coastal scenery of Pattaya, Aegona Leader Trip 2026 gave the team a chance to enjoy a change of scenery, discover new things, and make more memories together.

Exploring Bangkok and Experiencing Thai Culture

Bangkok was the first stop on the trip, welcoming Aegona’s leaders with its vibrant pace of life and bustling streets. The city had plenty to explore, from lively neighborhoods to night markets that came alive after sunset.

Wandering past market stalls, browsing colorful goods, sampling local cuisine, or simply walking together through unfamiliar streets, each experience offered a glimpse into everyday life in Thailand.

The days in Bangkok were filled with walks around the city, visits to night markets, and opportunities to enjoy local food. Along the way, everyone had the chance to learn more about Thailand while capturing memorable moments from the trip.

Discovering Pattaya and Enjoying Moments by the Sea

Leaving Bangkok behind, the group continued to Pattaya, a city known for its beaches and coastal attractions. Compared with the capital’s lively pace, Pattaya offered a different setting for the next part of the trip. It was a chance for everyone to take in the views, snap photos, and enjoy time together before the journey came to an end.
