Job Description:

This is essentially a project manager, and like a project/program Delivery Manager

Specifically:

• Approaching customers to capture requirements from customers from the early stage of not signing the contract. From there, analyze and evaluate needs/wants and advise on building solutions for customers;
• Lead the organization and implementation of the project;
• Manage and coordinate stakeholders in the project;
• Control the progress and quality of the project implementation according to the plan;
• Monitor the status of the project, control problems, changes, risks, conflicts between project stakeholders, proactively propose solutions;
• Organizing the acceptance, putting products into use, making reports on project implementation according to the company's regulations;
• Participate in research and presentation of new technologies;
• Support the team to orient, develop and improve skills;
• Support the team to orient, develop and improve skills;
• Negotiate and request with the company's leaders about prioritizing personnel for the project in specific stages
• Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Department/Board of Directors.

Candidate Requirements

- University degree in IT or equivalent;

- At least 3 years of project development experience;

- At least 1 year of experience in project management in the sequence of Waterfall/Agile/Scrum;

- Proficient in using office computers and Microsoft projects; project management software

- Ability to manage groups of 5 or more people, communication skills, people development/motivation for team members;

- Having certificate in Project Management, Agile is an advantage.
