RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure work quality

• Developing test cases and manual testing.

• Report errors found during testing with standard error monitoring tools.

• Test planning for the project

• Make test-case documents, execute and report the test schedule compared to the plan

• Collaboration with developers, project managers, and other members of the group in checking the requirements and planning.

• Participate in the project requirements to understand the test goals, provide inputs on the testing capability of the requirements, and estimate the inspection activities.

• Ensure that all product releases meet or exceed the quality goals determined according to acceptance criteria.

• Meet customer requirements and project management.

• Support testing, verifying errors/incidents with customers.

• Provide application instructions for the application and train staff on how to use the new applications.

• Create new, maintain & continue developing projects related to the project, such as QnA, Bug Tracking, Test-Case, ...

• Attend meetings with customers as well as stakeholders to perform demos & feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 3 years of experience

• Good at English communication. 

• Technical requirements:

  • Have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Have good knowledge of the software development process and software requirement analysis.

  • Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with testing desktop, web, and mobile applications

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Active team player – active communication, open-minded, and friendly

• Eager-to-learn mindset

• Be proactive, proactive, flexible, responsible, honest, and prudent
