RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and work with Odoo ERP under the guidance of a Technical Lead or assigned Mentor.
• Support the development and customization of Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Practice and apply Python, Odoo Framework, XML, and PostgreSQL through training tasks and real projects.
• Assist in bug fixing, feature testing, and writing basic technical documentation.
• Participate in internal training programs on ERP concepts, business workflows, and Odoo best practices.
• Collaborate with team members during development, deployment, and maintenance phases.
• Follow coding standards, development processes, and project guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Background

• Final-year students or graduates majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Available to work full-time.

Technical Basics

• Basic knowledge of Python programming (OOP knowledge is a plus).
• Basic understanding of Web/Backend concepts (HTTP, REST, MVC).
• Fundamental knowledge of Databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with HTML/XML is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or self-study experience in ERP/Odoo is a plus (not mandatory).

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in Odoo/ERP development.
