RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overall UI/UX and graphic design development for the company, including banners, brochures, websites, software systems, mobile applications, and other digital products.
• Gather information, requirements, and feedback from customers to generate ideas, analyze needs, and design wireframes/mockups with a strong focus on creativity and user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to evaluate customer requirements and develop effective design plans while demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
• Work closely with product development engineers to propose improvements, optimize workflows, and effectively communicate design concepts.
• Present and communicate design ideas clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct research and stay updated on current UI/UX trends, applying best practices to enhance product quality.
• Propose product enhancement features based on internal insights and customer needs.
• Collaborate efficiently with design team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in maintaining the company’s visual identity across all platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar software.
• Basic ability to create wireframes and prototypes.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and mobile applications.
• Ability to conduct market research and user analysis.
• Strong sense of color, typography, and layout composition.
• Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• Dynamic personality with strong communication skills and an interest in software technology.
• Familiarity with AI design tools or experience using AI in the design workflow is a strong advantage.
