HIRING TECHNICAL LEADER (ERP/INVENTREE/ODOO)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Odoo/Inventree ERP solutions (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.).
Act as the Technical Lead for ERP projects, defining system architecture, coding standards, and overall technical direction.
Analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate them into effective Odoo-based technical solutions.
Design, develop, and manage custom Odoo modules, system integrations, and APIs with third-party platforms.
Review code to ensure high quality, performance, security, and compliance with Odoo best practices.
Mentor and guide development team members (Junior/Middle Developers) and support technical issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with PMs/BAs on project estimation, planning, and technical risk management.
Optimize system performance, scalability, database structure, and security.
Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and deployment guidelines for Odoo systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Community/Enterprise).
2+ years in a Technical Lead / Senior Developer / ERP Solution Architect role.
Proven experience in ERP implementation projects for enterprises (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.).
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Odoo Framework, Python, ORM, QWeb, XML, and PostgreSQL.
Solid understanding of ERP architecture and business processes.
Experience with system integration using REST APIs, web services, and third-party platforms.
Experience deploying Odoo on Linux, Docker, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, deployment, and system monitoring.
Good knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization for ERP systems.
Soft Skills
Strong system thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and conduct technical training.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
