RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design end-to-end software architectures that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for use in projects.

• Review code, conduct technical assessments, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

• Define system integration strategies and oversee API designs and data flows.

• Manage and optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

• Create and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines.

• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous technical improvement across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of software development experience.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead role.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across multiple teams.
