Job description:

  • Approach customers to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Lead the organization and implementation of projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Control project progress and ensure implementation quality according to the approved plan.
  • Monitor project status, manage risks, issues, changes, and conflicts among stakeholders, and proactively propose solutions.
  • Organize project acceptance, product delivery, and prepare implementation reports in accordance with company regulations.
  • Support team members in orientation, skill development, and performance improvement.
  • Work closely with company leadership to allocate and prioritize project resources when necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) or Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2+ level
  • 2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience managing projects using Waterfall / Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.
  • Ability to manage teams of 5 or more members.
  • Project Management or Agile certifications are a plus..
