 Job description:

  • Approaching customers to capture requirements from customers,  analyze and evaluate needs/wants, and advise on building solutions for customers;
  • Lead the organization and implementation of the project;
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholders in the project;
  • Control the progress and quality of the project implementation according to the plan;
  • Monitor the status of the project, control problems, changes, risks, and conflicts between project stakeholders, and proactively propose solutions;
  • Organizing the acceptance, putting products into use, and making reports on project implementation according to the company's regulations;
  • Support the team to orient, develop and improve skills;
  • Negotiate and request with the company's leaders about prioritizing personnel for the project in specific stages

Requirements:

  • University degree in IT or equivalent;
  • English Communication fluent
  • At least 3 years of project Manager experience;
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management in the sequence of Waterfall/Agile/Scrum;
  • Proficient in using office computers and Microsoft projects; project management software
  • Ability to manage groups of 5 or more people, communication skills, people development/motivation for team members;
  • Having a certificate in Project Management and agile is an advantage.
