Responsibilites
The Project Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to timelines, and fulfillment of the Company's service commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the Company, maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Receive, clarify, and follow up on client requests and requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate the resolution of issues related to projects and services.
- Coordinate project activities.
- Track timelines, milestones, and project progress.
- Organize and participate in meetings with clients.
- Follow up on action items and ensure all stakeholders fulfill their commitments.
- Handle project documentation, including:
- Meeting Minutes
- Weekly/Monthly Reports
- Project Dashboard
- Status Reports
- Monitor risks, issues, and escalate them to management when necessary.
Requirements
- College or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An active team player with proactive, open, and friendly communication.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, dynamic, adaptable, and flexible.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and documentation writing abilities.
- Knowledge of software development processes is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to support learning and work is an advantage.
