Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions across modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and CRM.
• Work with BAs and project team members to understand business requirements and implement suitable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules under the guidance of senior developers.
• Support Odoo integration with third-party systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and assist with basic query optimization and data management.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system quality and stability.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and other developers throughout the development and implementation process.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user instructions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in software development using Odoo ERP (Community or Enterprise Edition).
• Knowledge of Python, object-oriented programming (OOP), and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, or Docker is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, a proactive learning attitude, and good teamwork skills.
