Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ERP solutions using Odoo (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements from BAs and stakeholders, and translate them into effective Odoo-based technical solutions.
  • Design and develop custom Odoo modules based on project needs.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via REST APIs and web services.
  • Optimize system performance, database queries (PostgreSQL), and overall system stability.
  • Perform code reviews when required and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with PMs and BAs on estimation, planning, and implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system instructions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years working with Odoo ERP (Community/Enterprise editions).
  • Exposure to enterprise ERP domains such as Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sales is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Python, Odoo Framework, and PostgreSQL; familiar with API integration and Linux deployment. Experience with Docker and Cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Strong system-thinking mindset, proactive attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance to the team.
