Job Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for supporting internal IT infrastructure and assisting with basic DevOps operations.
The role focuses mainly on end-user support, system administration, and device management, while also participating in basic DevOps tasks such as server deployment, monitoring, and automation.
Job Description
- Provide technical support for internal users including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other office IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, Linux, and office applications.
- Support network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Assist in managing IT assets, device inventory, and onboarding/offboarding setup.
- Support internal meetings, video conferences, and company events when needed.
- Assist DevOps/System team with basic server setup, deployment, and system monitoring.
- Support CI/CD processes and basic automation scripts under guidance from senior engineers.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / System Administration.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and networking.
- Familiar with Windows, macOS, and office IT environments.
- Basic knowledge of Git, CI/CD, or scripting (PowerShell / Python / Bash) is a plus.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and user support skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- IT certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or Linux certifications.
