Job Summary

As a Solution Consultant & Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for advising on solutions and managing client relationships. You will receive leads from the Marketing team, analyze requirements, coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations, and oversee the implementation process to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, analyze project requirements, and define project objectives.

  • Identify scope, functionalities, and prioritize software/project requirements.

  1. Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Collaborate with the Technical Architect and UI/UX Designer to finalize the BRD, WBS, and technical solutions.

  • Develop complete proposals including scope, solution, effort estimation, timeline, and pricing inputs.

  • Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

  1. Contract & Project Implementation Management

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to finalize contracts.

  • Work alongside the Project Manager during project initiation and implementation phases to monitor progress and quality.

  • Track customer satisfaction, address issues, and recommend service improvements.

  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and monitor their service usage.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and business expansion.

  1. Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Update management on client/project status.

  • Ensure smooth information flow between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.

  • Preferably 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with career aspirations in consulting and client management.

  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of the software development process; Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
