Job Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements.

• Prepare and write the BRD (Business Requirement Document) and the SRS (Software Requirements Specification).

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize product ideas.

• Act as a bridge between clients and development teams (Developers, QA, PM), ensuring accurate and complete communication of requirements.

• Create business analysis artifacts: Use Cases, UML diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and Business Process Flows.

• Support UAT and verify that deliverables meet the original business requirements.

• Manage changes in requirements, maintain updated documentation, and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software companies, preferably in an outsourcing environment.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.

• Solid understanding of business process modeling, system flows, and data diagrams.

• Good English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) are required to work effectively with international clients.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
