HIRING BOD ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the operational quality of company activities.
  • Track and ensure compliance with internal processes across departments.
  • Evaluate project performance (timeline, resources, quality) and identify potential risks.
  • Work closely with PMs/Teams to gather information, identify issues, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the BOD, including project status, delivery performance, and business performance.
  • Participate in building and improving internal operational processes.
  • Monitor the implementation and usage of management tools (CRM, Jira, internal systems, etc.).
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the BOD.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in positions such as QA, PMO, or Assistant roles within an IT company.
  • Good understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong systematic thinking with good analytical and problem-evaluation skills.
  • Good reporting, documentation, and task-tracking skills.
  • Good English reading and writing skills (experience working with documents and clients is a plus).
  • Careful, logical, and detail-oriented with a “control & improve” mindset.
