Job Description:
Receive and develop potential clients from inbound opportunities generated by the Marketing team. Manage client relationships, consult on suitable solutions, coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth service/project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and consult with clients.
Collaborate to prepare proposals and quotations.
Finalize contracts and oversee implementation.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Report and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Business Development in a software/technology company or agency.
Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of the software development process; knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate across departments.
