Account Executive is responsible for receiving, consulting, and converting marketing leads into signed contracts. This role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and driving effective business outcomes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and consult potential customers generated by the Marketing team.

  • Identify customer needs, budget, timeline, and service fit.

  • Prepare quotations, present service offerings, conduct system demos, persuade clients, negotiate, and close contracts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement project deliverables.

  • Manage contract acceptance and maintain customer relationships to generate new business opportunities.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–5 years of experience in one or more of the following roles: Account Executive, B2B Sales, IT/SaaS Solution Consulting, or agencies/companies providing Marketing and Communication services.

  • Professional skills: Lead qualification, consultative selling, negotiation and deal closing.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication skills and confidence when working with clients.

    • Analytical thinking with solid business understanding.

    • Proactive, responsible, and self-driven mindset.
