JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with business departments and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes, identify issues, and propose appropriate process and system improvements.
• Participate in the assessment, analysis, and standardization of ERP-related business processes in the F&B industry.
• Conduct Gap Analysis between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional requirements for system development and implementation.
• Prepare business and functional documents, including BRD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and other related documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical/Development teams, QA, and relevant stakeholders throughout the development and implementation process.
• Participate in business testing and UAT, and support the clarification and resolution of issues.
• Support end users during system implementation and operation.
• Participate in ERP implementation activities such as user training, go-live, and post-implementation support when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and propose suitable solutions.
• Experience in preparing business and functional documentation such as BRD, SRS/FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Business Users and Technical Teams.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in UAT is a plus.
• Knowledge of or experience working with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of F&B, Retail, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Finance processes is an advantage.
• Good English reading comprehension and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience participating in ERP/SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in Gap Analysis, Data Mapping, or Functional Specification.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules, such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or PP.
• Experience working with systems related to procurement, inventory, sales, or operations in the F&B industry.
