RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accountant (70%)
- Support recording basic accounting transactions, including receipts, payments, expenses, and related documents.
- Support checking, organizing, and maintaining invoices, receipts, and accounting records.
- Support tracking accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and payment status.
- Support data entry, cost allocation, and reconciliation of accounting data with internal systems.
- Support collecting payroll-related data, including attendance and allowances.
- Support preparing basic internal reports and coordinating with departments to verify financial information.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Finance Manager.
2. Administration (30%)
- Support managing and maintaining internal administrative documents and records.
- Support tracking attendance, leave records, and updating employee information.
- Support managing office supplies, equipment, company assets, and administrative expenses.
- Support preparing administrative documents and procedures for employees and internal activities.
- Support organizing internal activities and company events.
- Perform other admin tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software (MISA, FAST, ERP, etc.) is a plus.
- Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good numerical ability and logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
